This lacquered tray, made by wood artist Han Kyul in Korea, is made by hand from Korean yellow birch tree and lacquered by hand. The material is carefully chosen out of Korean wood that has not been treated with pesticides. Once crafted, the wood is then lacquered and cured 10 times in the oven at 250c.
