The whisk is made with natural bamboo with 100 prongs. They are designed to be used with malcha or powder tea to create a creamy, smooth texture.
*malcha means powder tea in Korean, commonly known as 'matcha' in Japanese.
To use, while holding down the bowl firmly with one hand, whisk using your wrist of the other hand by going up and down the bowl in an 'M' motion. Avoid pressing it against the bottom of the bowl as it will damage the prongs.
To clean, whisk just hot water using the same motion as whisking malcha. Do not soak it in water.
